You will be required to demonstrate your ability to perform the following:
- A confident clean ollie onto each feature (not casing the knuckle)
- Display an understanding of how line tension and the approach affects each hit on a feature
- Toe and heel side kickers
- Toe and heel kicker 180
- Hitting features right and left foot forward
- Slide the full length of the features on the Baseline
- 360 rotation off a kicker
This is not just a check off list and it remains down to the discretion of your instructor and the management at Spot on Wake whether you can use the pool gap. If you do not pass the pool gap assessment on your first attempt, you may continue to have coaching and we can advise you when you are ready to take the assessment again.
